Our New Jacked City Body Building program is designed specifically for the person looking to gain muscle and size aka. Muscle Hypertrophy. Our approach to this class is simple… compound movements, isolated burnout sets, varied tempos and most importantly A GO HARD OR GO HOME ENVIRONMENT!
Please note that this is a perodized program and the volume will often fluctuate to avoid burnout, injury, and boredom.
If you are looking for bigger arms, legs, chest and a chizzled six pack you may want to take a trip to New Jacked City!
This class typically runs 60 to 80 minutes long and includes 1 conditioning day a week.
We have all the equipment needed at our gym for this class, just bring a bottle of water, towel and and be ready for a great workout!
