Our primary mission of out sport performance classes is to help each athlete build a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on their individual physical and mental development . Our innovative programming includes instruction in multi directional movement, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and appropriate energy system conditioning . Athletes are closely supervised as our coaches take them through an intense workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.
