Tuck Taylor

Tuck Taylor is the Founder of Beast Athletics and the Co Founder of PT Fit Club. Tuck has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Physiology from the University of West Florida and is currently working on a Master’s in Exercise Science and Physiology at the University of South Florida. He was a member of the UWF basketball team and played in the ABA. Tuck is a certified personal trainer and member of the NSCA. In just a short period of time, Tuck has become one of the area’s most popular trainers. He has worked as the Strength and Conditioning coach at Countryside, Dunedin and Oldsmar Christian High schools and has been a counselor and fitness instructor at the prestigious Camp La Jolla in San Diego. Through his Boot Camps, Training Camps, and personal training services he has been able to serve hundreds of clients. Tuck’s approach to training is, “Athletes have the best bodies. So if you want to look like one, you have to train like one!” And he is a man that practices what he preaches!

Tuck’s Eating and Training Regiment

30min Cardio Session

  • 8am- oatmeal & turkey sausage(400 cals)
  • 10:30- protein shakes or bar (200-300 cals)
  • 12:30- Turkey/chicken breast/ tuna sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread w/ lettuce, tomato & mustard and a small sweet potato. (450 cals)

 

Workout Session with 15min Cardio Session

  • 3pm- protein shake or bar (200-300 cals)
  • 6pm- Chicken breast w/ dark green veggies (400 cals)

 

30min Cross Training- Boxing, Basketball ect.

  • 8pm- protein shake (200-300 cals)
