Tuck Taylor is the founder and the head trainer at Beast Athletics. Tuck has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Physiology from the University of West Florida and is currently working on a Master's in Exersice Science and Physiology at the University of South Florida. He was a member of the UWF basketball team and played in the ABA. Tuck is a certified personal trainer and member of the NSCA. He has worked as the Strength and Conditioning coach at Countryside, Dunedin and Oldsmar Christian High schools and has been a counselor and fitness instructor at the prestigious Camp La Jolla . Tuck has trained athletes in every major sport and at all fitness levels.

 

Tuck’s Eating and Training Regimen

30min Cardio session

  • ·         8am- oatmeal & turkey sausage(400 cals)
  • ·         10:30- protein shakes or bar (200-300 cals)
  • ·         12:30- Turkey/chicken breast/ tuna sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread w/ lettuce, tomato & mustard and a small sweet potato. (450 cals)

Workout session with 15min cardio session

  • ·         3pm- protein shake or bar (200-300 cals)
  • ·         6pm- Chicken breast w/ dark green veggies (400 cals)

 30min Cross Training- Boxing, basketball ect.

  • ·         8pm- protein shake (200-300 cals)
