BEAST ATHLETICS, Inc. is proud to announce our FLIGHT SCHOOL Program – where athletes (male and female athletes, aged 14 – 18) develop their vertical explosiveness. Geared towards athletes that require explosive jumping qualities. This program builds on years of success working with athletes from basketball, volleyball, and many other sports that require explosive power.

By attending BEAST FLIGHT SCHOOL you are strength training, performing plyometrics, learning Olympic weightlifting, jumping, landing, and harnessing your power safely and effectively. FLIGHT SCHOOL TRAINING: – Strength and Power Development
CONTINUING EDUCATION: upon graduation you will support via the “Flight School Training Program”
Key Features of the Program
- Deliberate and focused movement development (Physical Literacy) to develop explosive power and to reduce the likelihood of injury of common jumping related injuries such as tendinopathies (jumper’s knee) and serious injuries such as non-contact ACL ruptures.
- Video motion analysis and bio-mechanical analysis
- Focused on Long Term Athletic Development
- Expert instruction by leading Strength and Conditioning Specialists
- Integrated Sport Science Services (Nutrition, Rest and Recovery Techniques, Sleep and Performance, etc.)
- Advanced Trunk Development or “CORE” Development
- Full Spectrum Power Development
What does a typical day look like?
Curriculum: 60-90 minutes Sessions
- Mobility and basic movement development
- Periodized Speed and Reactive Ability Development (i.e. Plyometric, Drop Jump, Olympic Weightlifting *introductory)
- Power, and Strength Development (Full Spectrum Training)
- Accessory Exercises and Trunk Development
- Physiological Development (based on the sport)
- Recovery and Mobility

- If you play basketball or volleyball and want to improve your explosive power!
- If you have a friend or teammate that has suffered an ACL tear or severe tendinopathy and you want to prevent it!
- If you have never trained or you have a few years of training experience and you want to learn how to train properly! (If you are well trained I would refer you to the High Performance Program or the Elite Performance Program)
- If you want to take your athleticism to the next level!
Rates and Schedule
- Fee: $350 a month (8week program)* (Limited enrollment)
- Registration Deadline: March 23rd, 2012
- Start Date: April 16, 2012 – First Session is Testing Session
- Days of the Week: TBD
- Time: 4pm
